Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data GlassSculpt Studio processes, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.

Last updated 1 August 2026

1. Who we are

GlassSculpt Studio (“the Studio”, “we”) is a fragrance packaging design atelier. For the purposes of applicable data protection law in [Jurisdiction], we act as the data controller for personal data described in this policy. Data protection enquiries may be sent to office@duramind.shop.

2. Data we collect

Enquiry data: name, brand or employer, email address and the content of the brief you submit. Programme data: correspondence, feedback on design deliverables, invoicing details and delivery addresses for physical samples. Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type and pages viewed, collected in server logs for security and availability purposes.

We do not intentionally collect special category data. Please do not include health, biometric or financial account data in a brief.

3. Why we process it

To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals; to perform a design contract; to administer invoicing and statutory accounting records; to protect the security and integrity of our systems; and to comply with obligations imposed on us under the laws of [Jurisdiction].

4. Legal bases

We rely on performance of a contract for programme delivery, legitimate interests for responding to unsolicited enquiries and securing our systems, consent where you opt into studio updates, and legal obligation for retention of accounting records as required in [Jurisdiction].

5. Confidentiality of design material

Briefs, formulations, volumes and launch dates are treated as commercially confidential. Access is limited to studio personnel and to named suppliers you have approved in writing. We will sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement on request before any brief is reviewed.

6. Sharing with third parties

We share data with processors that host our email and file storage, with glassworks, cap manufacturers, pump suppliers and printers where necessary to quote or produce your components, and with our accountants and legal advisers. Processors are bound by written terms and act only on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

7. International transfers

Suppliers may be located outside [Jurisdiction]. Where data is transferred abroad we use the transfer mechanism recognised under the law of [Jurisdiction], such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision, and limit transferred data to what the supplier needs.

8. Retention

Enquiries that do not become programmes are deleted 24 months after last contact. Programme records and technical releases are retained for 7 years after final delivery to support warranty, re-order and dispute needs. Accounting records are kept for the statutory period applicable in [Jurisdiction].

9. Your rights

Subject to the law of [Jurisdiction], you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Requests are answered within one month; send them to office@duramind.shop. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in [Jurisdiction].

10. Cookies

This website uses only cookies strictly necessary for delivering pages and remembering display preferences. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set. If analytics are added in future, this policy and a consent banner will be updated first.

11. Security

We apply access controls, encrypted transport, encrypted storage of design files and regular review of supplier access. No system is entirely secure; if a breach affects your rights we will notify you and the relevant authority as required in [Jurisdiction].

12. Changes and contact

Material changes to this policy are announced on this page with a revised update date. All privacy correspondence: office@duramind.shop.
