Bottle shaping

Form development in glass and crystal, drawn against the capability of the works that will blow it.

  • Volumetric studies at 30, 50, 75 and 100 ml with fill-line verification
  • Wall thickness distribution and base punt strategy for weight perception
  • Mould-line and parting-line placement agreed with the glassworks
  • Optical study of facet angles, lensing and shoulder refraction

Cap CMF

Colour, material and finish for caps and collars, specified so a supplier can quote without interpretation.

  • Zamac, machined aluminium, ABS-metallised and solid wood constructions
  • Finish stacks: brushing direction, PVD, anodise, sandblast grade, lacquer
  • Magnet or friction-fit insert selection and pull-off force targets
  • Deboss and pad-print artwork sized to the top-face radius

Packaging

Sprayer engineering

The single component the customer actuates most, calibrated to the formulation.

  • Crimp pump and ferrule selection for 13 mm, 15 mm and 20 mm necks
  • Dose calibration between 0.07 and 0.14 ml per actuation
  • Dip-tube length and cut angle set to the bottle base geometry
  • Spray-pattern and actuation-force testing on filled samples
